Stirling Square Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Infobric, a construction technology company, from Summa Equity in a transaction that values the firm at over £250 million (as reported by Private Equity News).
Back in 2018, Summa Equity acquired the Swedish company, and now, it will reinvest alongside Stirling Square and Infobric’s management team, albeit as a minority investor.
